The gift
Worry , have you got alot of it ? or have you been bothered by it everytime it settles you?
Well you should be bothered ... worry , is one of the root causes that leads to opportunites for many illness and health problems besides mental and emotion stress.
When you worry , you disrupt the body's cycle natural clock in you(its the reason why you cant sleep at night when you worry) ...which causes lack of sleep and the decrease in your immune system .Not only that it sends your heart to beat faster and make you feel that hollow feeling. This emotionally stresses you and bet you wouldnt like to feel it .
What i learnt over the years is that we can reduce it by living in today . There is an old saying " yesterday, is history, tomorrow is a mystery ,but today is a gift , Thats why its called the present".
Living in today , makes you less concern of what was and what will be .
But there are many other ways to reduce stress and live happy . why , i witness it in my class. She live her life only in the present , haha , she does things as long as she is happy . She doesnt seem to concern herself much on the trival stuff and we could learn a thing or 2 from her . haha
